Mold damage is one of the biggest concerns that we have seen in our restoration business. We take all the necessary steps to prevent the growth of mold and have certified inspectors on staff who can do surface or air testing for mold. Our inspector tests how toxic the mold is and how many spores it carries. After a complete inspection, our inspector generates a report specifying the mold type and its toxic levels.

To avoid the spreading of the mold spores we seal off those areas temporarily. We have experts who can remove the mold from even remote areas. Large air scrubbers are used to clean the air continuously. Then, a final mold test is done to check that the toxic mold is eliminated.

There are three ways to minimize mold growth:

• Antimicrobial spraying
• Set up air movers
• Set up large dehumidifiers

We also sell "do-it-yourself" mold kits.

Black Mold

Black Mold is one of the most toxic molds. It is greenish-black in color. Black Mold is wet and slightly slimy to the touch. Toxic mold will grow in areas where the humidity is relatively above 55%.
